Forrester's Pottery is on the lookout for two friendly, reliable and organised individuals to join us as Studio Supervisors in a job share role.

About the Role:
This isn't just a standard team member position. As a Studio Supervisor, you'll be responsible for:
- Running the studio day-to-day.
- Leading and supporting other team members.
- Hosting children's and adult's parties.
- Ensuring every customer leaves with a smile.
You'll play a key role in keeping our studio running smoothly and making sure every visit to Forrester's Pottery is a memorable one.
The Job Share:
We're recruiting for two positions to share the week:
- Supervisor 1: Thursday, Friday, Saturday.
- Supervisor 2: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday.
During school holidays, both supervisors will also work alternate Wednesdays.

Art skills are not essential – what matters most is delivering a great customer experience!
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a customer-facing role.
- Confidence using technology/apps in a working environment.
- Ability to step into a leadership role.
Ready to Apply?
We're looking for candidates who can start as soon as possible. Our current temporary supervisor is with us until the end of April, so there will be a structured handover and training period to ensure you feel confident before taking full responsibility.
