At Forrester's Pottery, we understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness and clarity, we have established the following cancellation and rescheduling policy for all bookings:
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations With at Least 2 Working Days' Notice:
Cancellations must be made at least 2 working days before your scheduled appointment to qualify for a refund of the £5 studio/booking fee. You may also contact us to rebook or reschedule your appointment for a future date during this period. - Cancellations With Less Than 2 Working Days' Notice:
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations made less than 2 working days before your appointment. This is due to the costs we incur in preparing for your session, such as staffing, materials, and maintaining availability for other customers.
Rescheduling Policy:
- Rescheduling With at Least 2 Working Days' Notice:
If you need to reschedule, please contact us directly. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred time. Rescheduling requests must also be made at least 2 working days in advance of your appointment. - Rescheduling With Less Than 2 Working Days' Notice:
We regret that rescheduling is not possible within 2 working days of your appointment. The £5 studio/booking fee will not be refunded or applied to a future session in this case.
This policy is designed to give fair notice to all customers while keeping our studio accessible and available for others. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.
